  • Cancellation Window: Refunds requested within 7 days of initial subscription purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day cancellation window

  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Technical issues on your device or internet connection

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant details about service issues you experienced
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Actual service usage during the billing period
  • Time remaining in the subscription period
  • Severity and duration of service issues
  • Number of API requests already consumed

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing immediately
  • Allow continued access until the end of your current billing period
  • Not automatically trigger a refund for the current period

If you cancel within the 7-day window, you may be eligible for a full refund according to section 2.
